OOC: Do I have to do sepperate posts for all my characteres?

When Rivkah talks, it's orange.
When Birtha talks, it's pink.
When Ruben talks, it's blue.
When Ben talks, it's green.

BIC:
Rivkah walked up the plank. Her mother and father were already on, doing their jobs. Because she was 14 and the eldest, she had to take care of her siblings. Her dress swung in the wind as she looked back toward her old home. Her diary was, where she always kept it, in a secret pocket inside her coat. She kept it their for safety reasons. What if one of her family were looking for something and found her diary in her sack of things. Her diary was too important to be lost or found.

She walked a little further up the deck and stopped. Her younger siblings were at the bottom, poking a crab they had found. She marched down to the bottom of the ramp. The 14 year old girl grabbed the arms of the two younger ones. "Get on the ship! Do you honestly think a ship like the titanic would wait for two 3rd class children???" She said as she was dragging them up the ramp.

Birtha wriggled. She wanted to keep the crab as a pet. When she was dragged into the 3rd class door, she figured it was useless. Rivkah plopped them onto their bunks and went to her's to unpack her things. "I still don't see why we can't play with the crab longer..." She whispered. But the 10 year old girl was old enough to understand how lucky they had been.

Since their parents were workers, they had gotten their own room with no strangers, but it was about half the size of regular 3rd class room, and it had a three level bunk bed [({ OOC: I'm pretty sure that if you could build a regular bunk bed, you could build a three level bunk bed.})] and a double bed. Mama and Papa had gotten the double bed. Ruben had gotten the ground bunk, She had gotten the middle bunk, and Rivkah had gotten the highest bunk. Personally she didn't think this was fair.

Ruben hopped off his bunk and went to Mama and Papa's. He climbed up on the bed, shrugged, and jumped back down. His bed was more comfortable in his opinion. He started climbing up the ladder to Rivkah's bunk.

When he got their, he asked, "Where's Mama and Papa? ". When Rivkah looked at him, terrified, he knew he had done something wrong. He climbed down and Rivkah followed. "You must never climb onto the highest bunk! You could fall! Mama and Papa are working. You go unpack your things." She said. So he toddled over to his bunk and started unpacking things.

Ben was standing on the deck. His cap was on and he was going about the ship with the other new crew members learning the lay of the land, or the ship in this case. He looked at the land that used to be his home and whispered, "I'll miss you.". This was going to be some ride. With his eldest 14 going on 15, and two younger children, and the new adventures in America.

He listened to the sailor talk. Apparently the ship's cat had disappeared. Some say that she went off to have her kittens, but others said that she'd left the ship entirely [({ OOC: Real piece of history there!})] but they were not supposed to let the bad omen get in the way of their work. The sailor sent them to work. He was the lowest on the totem pole so he had to mop the deck. The deck needed moping every day or else it would get dry and crack and have leaks, and on a boat in the middle of the ocean that was not good.

Rachel had gotten through her first group of people. Now she had to go back for her second group. She was tired and shy, but she went back for the second group anyway because she had to. Oh what she would have given to be downstairs with her children. Sometimes she felt like her children and her were drifting apart.

Rivkah seemed like she was almost purposely avoiding her. Birtha was stating to enter that age where she liked to play all the time. Ruben was obsessed with exploring like a pirate in his storybooks. She wished she could have more time to spend with them. She saw the secant group of waiting people and braced herself.
